A USCG overflight of the spill area on the afternoon of 20 March observed only rainbow and silver sheen. The exact amount of Louisiana Sweet Crude spilled is undetermined but estimates range between 100 - 3,300 gallons. No additional NOAA support is required. Incident closed.
